you professional, honest and reputable services. We specialize in
real estate auctions, including residential, commercial, farm, ranch and
acreage. We also specialize in personal property, including furniture,
antiquities, watches, jewelry, appliances, office & industrial equipment,
guns, knives, watercraft & boats, livestock and farm equipment. We are
experienced and committed to the auction way of promoting, buying and
selling.
Our services include appraisal, set-up, selling, packing,
loading and clean-up. We provide onsite computerized accounting, so
that both buyer and seller have immediate, detailed records of every
transaction. This facilitates fast and accurate sales & payment
processes. We provide all necessary amenities to include (as needed) -
security, food & beverage vendor services, portable toilet units, buyer's
guides, entertainment, tents, public address system, and full pick-up,
check-out and removal services. We will submit to you, at no
obligation, a written proposal for your auction event that will include
management fees, advertising, promotion, labor costs and all other expenses.
Other services Miller Time Auction & Real Estate Service,
Inc., provides is a detailed inventory of the articles you want to sell.
Our marketing staff will prepare, place and prepay all advertising to
include (but not limited to) print media, radio, television and direct mail.
We will place highly visible signage to properly direct traffic to your
auction site. Our computer system will register and qualify all
buyers, and maintain a detailed record of every article showing price,
description and buyer number.
With the exception of cases involving creditor claims, you
will generally be paid in full (minus the contracted expenses & commissions)
within five (5) business days after the auction.
